Role Overview: The Tech Design Internship is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to receive hands‐on experience in developing apparel products. It is a chance to work with a specialized team to develop a working knowledge of the product life of a garment. Interns will have the opportunity to join the Tech Design team and work directly with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Production.
The Key Objectives of the Design Internship which are as follows.
·Assist in tech design functions.·Assist in garment construction and fit· Help in garment evaluations and measurements.·Help maintain tech packs and construction/sewing detail illustrations.·Create packages for shipment.

Role Overview:
The Product Development Internship is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to receive
hands‐on experience in developing apparel products. It is a chance to work with a specialized team to
develop a working knowledge of the product life of a garment. Interns will have the opportunity to join
the Product Development team and work directly with Design, Sales, and Production. Each of these
departments work closely with Product Development in order to make conceptual ideas into reality, and
then prepare those developments for bulk production. The primary focus of this internship is to learn
how to successfully execute development of fabrics, and garments, and meet customer specifications.
In addition to focusing on development, the Product Development Intern will also work closely with the
Design Intern, members of the Design team and Technical Design on an as‐needed basis.
Responsibilities:
To support and assist the product development team. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
· Promptly receiving and checking in packages, samples, and other development items.
· Entering new development into the PLM system.
· Corresponding with suppliers and factory contacts.
· Creating and updating tracking charts in excel or other software.
· Helping to maintain fabric libraries and color libraries
· Labeling, organizing, filing, and other record‐keeping tasks.
· Creating shipping labels and packing samples and other development for shipping to customers.
Required Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Strong time management, prioritization, and multi‐tasking abilities.
· Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
· Attention to detail, and precision in data entry.
· Critical thinking and problem solving to identify and resolve conflicting details and directions.
· Strong work ethic both as an individual and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast‐paced environment.
